About Epsom Limestone
Epsom Limestone flooring – Sandblasted Finish
Epsom limestone flooring is a sandblasted variation of our popular Heritage limestone, offering a paler biscuit base with visible shelly inclusions and gentle grey undertones. The sandblasted surface provides a slightly more textured finish while maintaining an elegant and architectural appearance.
Unlike honed limestone finishes, Epsom limestone delivers a softer visual depth with enhanced surface character, making it well suited to both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Care and sealing
Limestone is a natural, slightly porous stone and must be sealed. We seal before grouting, so grout cannot stain the face of the stone, and again once the floor is finished. Depending on wear, plan to re-seal every few years; we will tell you which product to use.
Day to day, sweep or vacuum grit and mop with warm water and a pH-neutral stone cleaner. Never use vinegar, bleach, acidic bathroom cleaners or “limescale” products: they etch limestone. Wipe up wine, fruit juice and oil promptly, and use felt pads under chair legs.
Tumbled and brushed flagstones hide everyday marks well. Honed finishes show more, and reward a quick wipe. Over the years the stone mellows and develops a patina; most people see that as the point of a natural floor.
Delivery and returns
Kerbside pallet delivery is £70+VAT per pallet. A pallet is up to 1000 kg, about 15 m². Allow 3–5 working days. The lorry needs a level, driveable surface. Delivery details.
Returns follow the supplier’s conditions: undamaged stone, packed as delivered, with collection at £70 per pallet and a restocking fee. Read the returns summary.
