Contact us first; the supplier’s conditions apply.
Our returns policy is governed by our supplier. Please contact us in the first instance should you wish to return any orders or items, and we will confirm the conditions and the costs before anything is collected.

| Returned stone must be undamaged and packed on pallets as it was delivered | We can arrange collection |
| Breakages | Any breakages are subject to a breakage fee, set by the supplier and confirmed before collection |
| Collection | £70 per pallet, paid by the customer |
| Restocking | A restocking fee set by the supplier, confirmed before collection |
Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, for orders placed online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If the stone arrives damaged or is not as described, tell us within a few days of delivery and we will put it right.
Samples and the guide
Samples are not returnable. The digital guide is delivered instantly as a PDF, so it cannot be returned once downloaded.
