Natural stone varies in colour and texture. Samples and photographs are a guide, not an exact match; the showroom has full-size pieces.

Care and sealing

Porcelain is fired dense and does not need sealing. Sweep or vacuum grit, then mop with warm water and a pH-neutral tile cleaner. Avoid soap-based products, which leave a film that dulls the surface.

Grout joints benefit from a grout protector once the floor has cured. Matt and textured finishes hide marks best; polished porcelain shows footprints more and is slippery when wet, so keep it for walls and dry rooms.

Delivery and returns

Kerbside pallet delivery is £70+VAT per pallet. A pallet is up to 1000 kg, about 15 m². Allow 3–5 working days. The lorry needs a level, driveable surface. Delivery details.

Returns follow the supplier’s conditions: undamaged stone, packed as delivered, with collection at £70 per pallet and a restocking fee. Read the returns summary.
